2.2 Credit-Based System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system where one credit equals one processed image. Credits are required for all processing operations.

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account

4.1 Credit Usage

• One credit is deducted for each image processing operation
• Credits are deducted at the start of processing
• Failed processing operations result in automatic credit refunds
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used

4.2 Free Credits

• New users receive 1 free credit upon account registration
• Free credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits
• Free credit allocations may change at our discretion

4.3 Credit Purchases

• Credits may be purchased through our Stripe-powered payment system
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Credit purchases are non-transferable between accounts

4.4 Refund Policy

• Credits for failed processing operations are automatically refunded
• Credit purchases are generally non-refundable
• Refunds for extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service for legitimate photo restoration and creative styling purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload images you do not own or have permission to process
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content
• Upload images containing nudity, violence, or other inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service or bypass usage limits
• Share account credentials or attempt to access others’ accounts
• Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code

5.3 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to review uploaded content and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of images you upload to the Service
• You grant us a limited license to process your images using our AI technology
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded images
• Processed images are provided to you for your use under your original rights

6.2 Our Technology

• Our AI models, algorithms, and software are our proprietary technology
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to recreate our technology
• Our Service name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

6.3 Third-Party AI Models

Our Service uses third-party AI models (including FAL.ai). These models are subject to their respective terms and licenses.

7.1 Image Processing

• Images are processed using third-party AI services (FAL.ai)
• Images may be temporarily stored during processing
• We do not use your images to train AI models
• Processed images are stored securely and accessible only to you

7.2 Privacy

8.1 Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may require temporary service interruptions
• We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions

8.2 Processing Limitations

• Maximum file size: 20MB per image
• Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC
• Processing time varies based on image complexity and system load
• Rate limits may apply to prevent system abuse

8.3 Processing Quality

AI processing results may vary based on image quality, content, and selected styles. We do not guarantee specific quality outcomes.

9.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Liability Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

• Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination
• You may download your processed images before termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days’ notice
• Immediate termination may occur for severe violations

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where we are established.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
